In addition to Gratingss for pedestrian usage (for both outside and inside use), and for vehicles, ULMA has the widest range of Gratingss for heavy load areas, such as ports, docks and airports.
ULMA’s Gratings is designed according to the European Standard EN-1433, which regulates covering devices, and closure devices for circulation areas used by pedestrians and vehicles, and classifies the Gratings into six categories based on the place of their installation.
Special Gratings solutions
ULMA Polymer Concrete has special Gratingss available that bring practical and/or aesthetic solutions to the traditional drainage systems.
Available with several fastening systems, different material types, colors and load classes. These special Gratingss bring a touch of distinction to your projects.
Slotted Gratings
Inverted-T-shaped Gratings in galvanized steel with slot-shaped hydraulic captation zone 15 mm wide and load class up to C-250.
Discreet in outlook, it is an ideal solution in cobbled pavings or printed concrete pavements in pedestrian streets, squares, etc.
Non-flooding Gratings
Gratings with inverted-V-shaped steel plate welded in its lower part.
When using water pressure cleaning it prevents that the debris accumulated in the bottom of the gutter gets out.
A very useful and practical solution, highly demanded by municipal cleaning services.
