ULMA - Polymer Concrete

Slab face for the rehabilitation of a 60 apartments building . The polymer concrete´s exceptional characteristics of impermeability, is a suitable material for this type of environments in which the saltpeter of the sea turns into a problem for the artificial stone armed(assembled) with metallic rod. The author of the project, the Architect Ignacio Lafuente Niño, specialized in rehabilitation solutions , decided to use pieces of polymer concrete precisely for its environmental resistance along with the lacke of oxidable elements.
