ULMA Polymer Concrete present at PLAZA, the biggest logistics platform in Europe
ULMA Polymer Concrete, a company specialized in design and manufacture of prefabricated building systems, is present at PLAZA, the biggest logistics platform in Europe, through its Drainage line. With an extension of 12,826,898 m2, the Logistics Platform at Zaragoza (PLAZA) is the biggest logistics precinct in the European continent.
The main feature of PLAZA is that it is based upon an intermodal transport center (railways, road and plane), combination that enables such capacities that Zaragoza is made one of the most important logistics cities in Europe, with connections to the most relevant production and consumption centers in Europe.
ULMA Polymer Concrete has taken part in the project by supplying 9,000 ML of U150 available in diverse heights with cast-iron gratings, that extend longitudinally along the carriageway of the railroad platform PLAZA.
Additionally, in the railroad platform as well as in other industrial naves of PLAZA were supplied F150K and F200K channels for transit zones of heavy vehicles with 40 and 90 TN cast-iron gratings, which were put in parking lots for lorries and load yards.
