ULMA presents a new “tonal solution” in its broad range of panel colors and textures for the ventilated façade system. From the impulse of the experience for exercising innovation, the technical equipment of ULMA proposes the market a new panel which obeys to the message and richness inherited from the grand masters such as Chillida in a continuous exercise for obtaining lines of force, gravity and space. After several tests for material coexistence, color test and durability studies which submit the material to an accelerated aging, the result has lead to the development of a polymer concrete panel with a rough surface where the stone and metallic aspects sympathize, formal appearances with light materials. “The need for preparing a polymer concrete panel with a special tone was set. The challenge was to get a particular finish”. The format, color and texture solutions of ULMA Polymer Concrete for Ventilated Façades are multiple; It has smooth and slate-like textures, with glossy or bright finishes, with plate formats from 25 x 25cm up to 180 (L) x 90 (H)cm and with colors that go from whites, cream, grays, going to the blues, reds and greens proposing special textures like the grooved panel, the “greca” finish or the aesthetic we showed in this document.
